About BNG

BNG has its strength from the fact that the group members has expertise in protein biochemistry, carbohydrate biochemistry, and molecular biology. The main activities of BNG lie within the field of nutrition or are related to food and raw materials, but the methods and main strategies are equally relevant in relation to various biotechnological issues.

 

Education

At BNG the education is within the areas biochemistry, nutrition and immunology. Part of the education will take place at one of our own laboratories or at laboratories situated at business partners or other external parties with which BNG has a collaboration agreement.

The research activities of BNG lie within the field of nutrition or are related to food. The aim is to identify the biochemical mechanisms connected to health promoting and nutrition related effects of food with a view to obtaining an optimal food production.
